As a small business, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with each purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on jewelry items, including earrings, for health and hygiene reasons. All sales are final on jewelry items.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, all earrings and jewelry items are non-returnable and all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize your safety and product integrity.

Natural Tarnishing

Please note that some jewelry materials may tarnish naturally over time, especially when exposed to moisture, oils, and chemicals. Proper care and storage are recommended to maintain the quality of your jewelry.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered under special circumstances where a product arrives defective or damaged due to an error on our part. We require proof of purchase and photo evidence of the defect within 7 days of receiving your item. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, and processing times may vary.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged due to an error on our part. Please contact us at beboldtowonder@gmail.com with a photo of the defect and proof of purchase. Once approved, we will exchange the item for the same product.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, please contact us at beboldtowonder@gmail.com to discuss possible options for store credit or exchange.

Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Certain items, including phone cases, are fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printify). While we strive to ensure quality and satisfaction, please be aware that these products are produced and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner. We do not accept returns or refunds on third-party fulfilled items unless they arrive damaged or defective. For any issues with these items, please contact us with a photo of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
